had a good experience staying at the small double room. all staff were polite.
We really loved amenities and rooms and everything supplied for our weekend. Hotel was very clean. Lounge bar is a very nice plus.
Nothing beats being in Beeches. Hotel was very clean, free Wi Fi. Stopped by Rowheath Pavilion Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's minutes from the venue, recommend.
Price was very reasonable and Beautiful location, close to the city centre
Good location with decent amount of parking, very close to Cadbury World
Top location, very quiet. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Top price-performance ratio.
Rather homely decor.
I did not arrive until 23:15 and the door man had a lovely smiley face and helped me to my room with my bags. Spacious room, clean and well decorated. In the morning there was a car park attendant who also helped me with my bags to the car... Very oblidging.
Clean, spacious and quiet. Lovely setting, with green space.
The surrounds of the hotel were great - felt very safe for my stay here. Great value for money overall. Staff were very helpful. Room had TV and kettle and bed was very comfortable. I could also easily adjust the heating in my room which was great.
the fitness room was really good and very clean.(lack of use?) the staff are very attentive.
the price has gone up £15 in one month!
helpful staff and good facilities. liked the gym/ fitness room. also the laid back attitude to booking in and out
bed was a bit hard, difficulty trying to find room!
the fact that coffee was constantly on the go througout the day during training sessions. The cookies & cake in the afternoon were delicious & the selection of food at lunch were very well balanced for everyone's taste. The staff the restaurant & reception & bar all made you feel very welcome.
only that the carpets are very old and dull, but the important thing is that it was all very clean.
ease of stay and booking in. very clean and friendly. great breakfast and room are very big. excellent value for money and will stay there every time I visit Birmingham
small glasses for breakfast
staff v attentive and good walkways need attention to brocken paving breakfast good and very fast service room comfortable but tv needs upgrading
The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive to all requests. Food is excellent
I checked in late and wanted to wind down with tea and tv. The TV wasn't working and no tea bags in the room. I called reception and got an answer phone message telling me to call back the following day. Not good if there was a genuine emergency
Too much noise from poeple moving around. Squeeky floorboards from rooms above.
